Remarks: The proposed Final Single Tier Dividend of 2.0 sen per ordinary share is subject to shareholders' approval at the Twenty Second Annual General Meeting of Kumpulan H&L High-Tech Berhad scheduled to be held on 28 March 2017. Arising from the migration to the no par value regime under the Companies Act 2016, par value is no longer relevant.
